Businesses to get their say on how to improve enforcement of the Fire Safety Order

The government wants to hear direct from businesses about your experiences of ensuring your premises are safe and compliant with Fire safety regulations.

Now is your chance to tell government what works for you, and what doesn’t!

As part of their ‘Focus on Enforcement’ initiative the Department of Business Innovation and Skills (BIS) would like to know:

• what kind of advice and guidance on fire safety issues you would like to see,
• any problems you have experienced in seeking to comply with Fire Safety requirements,
• whether the relationships between you and inspecting fire officers positive and useful,
• if there is any particular good practice from fire officers that you would like them to know.
