Case Studies 2008-2009 For two years now LATI has offered a customer case study production service exclusively to LATI members. The service aims to produce marketing material that will be useful and valuable to LATI members whilst involving university MBA students in the process – giving them the opportunity to learn how to produce case studies.
Also known as customer stories or success stories, case studies are the most powerful and versatile marketing tool a company can produce. They can be used in press releases, as part of a customer information pack, in proposals and tenders, in presentations, and online. LATI members who don’t have a live customer project, can use the opportunity to create generic market-specific case studies, without reference to a specific customer. Local marketing and communications practice, AARDMAAN, who produce customer case studies for high-tech companies such as Siemens, TAC, and Airetrak will oversee the project.
